Buddha’s Hands

I bought this at Whole Foods because it was so beautiful. I grated it into soup, has a mild lemony taste.

Also has a wonderful slight flowery fragance that catches your attention every time you walk by. I don’t know what it actually is–vegetable? fruit? lemon family?

I think they call it a Mexican lemon hand. I saw one at Whole Foods the other day too…but didn’t know what the heck I would do with it.:)
